New investor in Louisville, KY
Hello BP! I am new to investing in real estate and have turned to this website to improve my education and to develop relationships within the community. I am looking for single-family houses to rehab and flip in Louisville, KY. In my mind, single-family homes are a great place to start, with the hope to buy multifamily housing to rent in the future. I have put in a few offers, with no luck. Got close a few times, but was outbid (mainly on HUD). I am not just putting in offers on any house I see, they have been good properties with a great opportunity for big profits.
Within the next 2 or 3 months, I should have a real estate license. I think this could give me more leads on houses that don't hit the market. I also have a passion for the housing market, and has been a dream of mine to be a realtor for some time. Any advice would be great as a newbie! I look forward to being active on this site.
