Solar Panels for a property on No Man's Land...

My tenants stole our solar panels and the battery. I need to reinstall the solar panels but it's difficult to find someone who will go out to where my property is. It's located in a rural area. There is no electricity. Solar is the only option. Any creative ideas as to who I can reach out to get the solar installed? The property is in Tehachapi, California
