With interest rates starting to even out, how has your business be affected?

Good Afternoon BP,

I have been keeping my eye on these interest rates and they have seemed to even out. How has this affected your house-flipping business? Have your new listing been getting more action? Are your houses selling quicker than in past months? What do you foresee happening for the rest of this year?

With investing and working with my investors things have stayed pretty steady. I feel there are always deals to be had and you can always find something. I think some of the first time home buyers will be starting to get back into it more or some of the newer investors but for the seasoned investors not much changed.
