What are you guys finding as rule of thumb benchmarks for rehab costs in Arizona?
Is there a trades list you use, or a square footage estimate?

Looking for all intel. Thanks!

Hi Kevin.
It's impossible to answer, due to not having enough info. Quality of work? Specific remodel needs? Even with these answers, it depends on if it's a handyman or contractor. Even then, prices and time frames vary, depending on who does the work.
Best advice I can give on this is talk with 2-3 licensed contractors that do remodel work (many only do new construction) and talk general costs- and even better, have them give estimates for specific needs.
