Cash flow help between construction draws

Chris W.
Posted

Any suggestions on managing cash between paying contractors and receiving draws?  I'm trying to keep business funds separate from personal.  During this flip I need to pay contractors before some of the work is completed but can't get that draw money back before the next payment is due.  How do you handle this?  Are there short term loan options that make sense?  Borrow $20k and repay in two weeks for example.  Private money lenders that do this maybe?
