What do you look at for ARV?

What do you do if you can't find enough comps in an area to find an ARV that you believe you will get?

Would it be better to look in a different area, or are there other things to look at that can help find an ARV that would be accurate?

Hi William,

If I can’t find solid sold comps in the area I typically avoid the deal. If it’s either the biggest house in the neighborhood or out in the country where there’s not a lot of comps. It adds a ton of variables to the appraised value when you go to sell or refinance. If you have more questions to ask, hit me up! Let's connect!
