If I can pick somebody brain. Will you use a contractor that has insurace, but no worker's compensation or a contractor that has both, insurance and worker's compensation. Here's the wrench though the contractor that doesn't have worker's comp. will do the renovation at a better price and both was referred to me by an fellow investor at a REIA club. Thank you.
