Good Afternoon BP!

I hope everyone has had a productive Thursday and an even more productive Friday. Start this month out strong!

How has the interest rates affected your buying, selling and business? I am a wholesaler in the Atlanta market, my business slowed down tremendously in December. However it did start to pick back up in January. Riding this current wave out as long as possible. The market here in Atlanta has an influx of homes for sale with sales prices dropping everyday they are sitting on the market. Which in turn is making the buyers here more aggressive in buying but also making some buyers more cautious.

How has your market been ? Are you seeing the same trends?

Hi Katlynn, I'm an agent here in Pittsburgh. Our market has been heating up quickly. I've seen a ton more multi-offer situations than I was for the past few months. Buyers are still cautious, it's not the same scenario where basically any house at any price will go quickly, however for the right location/right price things are going quickly. I sent my client the other day an awesome investment property and by mid-day it was already contingent. Prepping myself for a busy spring!
