Eviction experience in Escondido (San Diego County)

Does anybody have experience with the eviction process, in general, in San Diego County? I would love to connect.

I'm trying to figure out what a hypothetical timeline would be from start to finish. Looking at a flip deal from a wholesaler. The tenants have been a problem for the current property owner and need to be evicted.

@Anthony Salazar just met with an investor today that said it took 10 months for resolution after he served notice to his tenants and it was a total nightmare for him... Not trying to scare you off but this is what was shared with me today.
