What would be a ballpark estimate cost for a complete rehab of a 3/2 house, 1900sf? Needs new kitchen, bathrooms, tile flooring throughout, paint, light/fan fixtures, HVAC unit. Located in Arizona

I do a LOT of remodels. My go-to contractor would get it done for approx $100k, including the HVAC- assuming the ducting is good. It would take my guys 2-3 months. Make sure you also budget holding costs as it can add up. Budget for 4-5 months, as it's a tough contracting world out there for a big job.
