HELP: Township condemned a house but wont let us do a tear down?
We have a deal that might fall through. The house we are working on in Ridley Park PA had a fire a couple years ago, so it's basically a tear down. We got it extremely cheap, even cheaper than the any lots in this area by at least 10k. The township is now saying we cannot buy because the house is condemned. How do they plan on getting this fixed if someone can't purchase it to do a new build? Super frustrating and an eye sore for the whole neighborhood. Any one else ever experience this?
