Need Part-Time Project Manager

I'm a long distance investor interested in the Indy area and need the help of a part time project manager.  Initially, the demand will be about 5-10 hours per week.  This may grow over time.  General job duties will include site visits, coordinating with contractors, and syncing with me 2-3 times per week.
