Trying to find contractors?!?!?!?!?!

Hey everyone, my business partner and I are getting stated in Spokane, Wa with some flex and flips. Were up against a way trying to find contractors. Can anyone lend some insight on good ways to search for quality contractors? Seems hard to find the ones that work with investors and understand what we are looking for and willing to do the quick flip work.

Thank you for any advice you can give!

@Steve Vaughan hit on the one that I have used...lumberyards. They supply the guys that do the work. Same with finding roofers - go to the roofing supply house and a lot of times they have cards up on the bulletin boards there. Always ask the counter people or salespeople who they can recommend. Has worked for me in the past.
