Foundation advice Sherman TX

My partner and I just bought a 1930s shotgun style house in Sherman, TX.  It’s pier and beam foundation is in bad shape.  We are currently looking for a company to repair it.  Any advice?   We are not even sure what or how to budget for this as it was a sight unseen buy.  What is a good price on something like this?   The house is only 960 soft.  

I am worried we will be over budget.

Pier and Beam is significantly cheaper than slab repair. As far as a specific company in Sherman, I am not sure. That is a small town but I am sure Denison/Dallas has plenty that will make the trip there. I would get at least 3 quotes to ensure that you are getting right around market value for the work.  Did yall buy this without doing an inspection?
