100k to invest in real estate

Hello,

I am a realtor in Collin county, TX. I recently made 220k+ on my first flip. It was a live in flip.

Looking to re-invest 100k of it to grow for future investments. I would be representing myself on any deals and reinvesting the commission as well.

What’re some tips / strategies to grow this investment into a larger sum for bigger deals?

I would appreciate any guidance in today’s rapidly changing market!

Hi @Hunter Crowder,

Congrats on a knock out deal!

As you know, there are many ways reinvest that into real estate. If you want another big check, then doing another flip is probably the way to go!

If you're wanting more cashflow, my favorite asset class is real estate notes. You get the monthly cashflow without the headaches of property management or repairs.
