Seattle price per square foot rehab estimates

I am trying to check some rehab estimates and I was wondering what everyone has been using for recent price per square foot rehabs in the greater Seattle area?

Also, how is everyone adjusting the price per square foot based on the level of rehab needed?  Lets say we have 5 different levels of rehab

  1. Clean up
  2. Cosmetic
  3. Interior Rehab Only
  4. Full Interior Rehab + Some Exterior Rehab
  5. Full Interior and Exterior Rehab (Extensive)
