Hello BiggerPockets, I am a local real estate agent and investor. I am looking to get some perspective and opinion on rehabbing properties in the Central Arkansas Area. I’m looking for a local investor who’d be willing to share their thoughts on flips in a few neighborhoods in mainly the Little Rock area.
