Hi BP Family. I want to start looking for properties to BRRR.

What is your criteria for a deal?

How much do you want the ARV to be compared to the purchase price plus repair cost?

How do you decide what  area you will invest in?

I typically see 70-80% all in of the ARV. Area wise C/B areas are the most common. I'd network and figure out the hot spots, the areas people are in
