Renting an 11000sq foot home. Can it be done without an agent?

Hi, Im going to have a very large 8bedroom/10 bathroom home for rent. Im trying to figure out how to rent it out without having to pay a real estate agent, not rent to multiple roommates(which the city will not permit anyway, and find someone who can afford to pay for such a home. It this possible and if so, some pointers?
