Indianapolis market statistics

The data below is from the MIBOR Realtor Association for Marion County, IN. It shows that the Indianapolis real estate market continues to be hot through May. Inventory remains low and prices continue to rise

Median home prices were up 16.0% in May year on year. Pending sales were up 15.8%. Active inventory is down 39.7% however, new listings were up 9% which may begin to ease the upward pressure on prices if that continues.
