Indianapolis Market Update---April 2021

The data below is from the MIBOR Realtor Association for Marion County, IN. It shows that the Indianapolis real estate market continues to be hot through April. Inventory is low and prices are up. 

Median home prices were up 13.0% in April year on year. Pending sales were up 43.6%. Active inventory is down 39.7% however, 49.7% which may begin to ease the upward pressure on prices.
