Seeking reputable turnkey companies in Indianapolis
Hi all,
I'm an out of state investor, currently have one duplex in Indy and am looking to add to my portfolio with another duplex or SFH. My first experience with a local turnkey company wasn't the best, as it was marketed as "rent ready", but I had to put in some additional money to really make it ready. Any recommendations of turnkey companies that you've worked with are greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Rick

My thoughts are to build your own team and have your own property manager or realtor keep an eye on the contractor and vice versa. That way you have at least two people from separate unrelated companies telling you that it is a good deal. Talk to @Nick Guilioni first, but I would be glad to have a conversation with you as well.
