Indianapolis - Wish to Develop Symbiotic Relationship with broker

Hello, BiggerPockets! My name is Cullen and I will be graduating with my 4 year nursing degree in July. I will also be pursuing my real estate license in the very near future. It has always been in my nature to provide service to the people within my community. I wish to develop a long-term symbiotic relationship with a broker in Indianapolis, Indiana. While I do not have any professional credentials within the real estate industry just yet, the intention is to become a real estate agent this year while working 3 days a week as a registered nurse. Although, PLEASE let me assist you in any way that I possibly can. I am a very hard worker with a strong passion for real estate and love for people from all walks of life. I have long been in the "educating" stage and I figured it is time for me to implement what I have learned thus far and put it to action. At the moment, I do have capital allocated for an investment, so that will be another point for me to address and learn from while I earn the chance to spend time with and learn from an experienced broker. My personal goal in real estate is to eventually become involved in commercial real estate. However, if I was to go into a deal on my own at this point in time, it would most likely be in multifamily residential. While pursuing my real estate goal, I truly wish to help those and serves those who may be in my line of action (tenants, real estate agents, brokers, property managers, contractors, the community, etc.).

I look forward to hearing from you knowledge-wealthy individuals involved in Indianapolis!
