A REI partner & I are about to buy a distressed property in Indianapolis that is currently assessed about 3.5 times over what will be our purchase price. We want to challenge this to lower the future taxes. We are OOS, and want to know more about the process to do a successful tax challenge or if you know someone who provides this service - attorney or otherwise at a relatively low cost.
