@John Thedford yeah I am hearing and seeing that prices in both areas are inflated or have gone up quite a bit. I am in the same boat, I want to buy when I find a deal.

@Clive Davis I will PM you

@Elena Sweeney thank you for your insight, I will connect with local realtors!

Hi All,

I am starting to look at the Cape Coral, Fort Myers FL area. I am an out of state investor. I want to invest in multifamily properties for buy/hold. Can anyone provide me a little bit more insight as to which area out to the two has more potential for cash flow and how is the real estate market now for the two areas compared to last year/last couple of years?

Thanks!

Emily

Hi All,

I am currently looking at buy and hold properties in Indy around 50-80k price range with 3+ Bedrooms to generate rental income. What B/B- areas with preferably multi family homes, in Indy should I be looking at? Any insight would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Emily

I am an out of state investor looking to invest in Jacksonville FL with my business partner @Alex Aguilar. We are interested in multi family homes that will cash flow nicely. Any advice in terms of what areas in Jacksonville to invest in?

Thanks!

@Michael Karl thank you for your input!

@George T. that's makes sense since South campus is in the city, there's opportunity for normal tenants!

Hi all,

I am looking to invest in college multi family or single house rentals for University of Buffalo. Anyone have insights on the area? Which campus location North or South Campus do students prefer?

Thanks!
