Looking for a GC for a variety of work

Hey everyone,

Long story short, I'm moving out of state, and I'm looking for a contractor that can work (or at least sub out) a good chunk of work that I'll need done once I vacate my unit. Things like iron fence repair, garage demo, building a fence, replacing an exterior door, paint, flooring, etc. I'm hoping to work with as few people as possible since it'll be my first time holding an investment where I don't live, so does anyone have any recommendations on someone who can work something like that or who would have contacts that could work most of that? Looking to have work start likely in September.
