Hello everyone! My name is Jacob Lyons and I am looking to get into wholesaling in the Chicagoland area. From what I understand, wholesaling can be met with a healthy dose of skepticism. Please know, however, that I am doing all I can to do it the right way. I’m currently working on my brokers license to ensure each deal has accurate and truthful comps. In the meantime, I want to connect with as many people doing business in the Chicago area (and beyond) as possible. Contractors (I want my properties to come with bids!), marketers, lenders, buyers, attorneys, other wholesalers/realtors, etc.

I want everyone I work with to be more successful for having done so.

Also, where does everyone hang out?! Groups? Networking events? Meetups?

General advice for me?
