Looking For Investor Friendly Agents/Referrals in NW Suburbs

What's up BP, I'm from the LA Market, but have a very trustworthy contact in the Chicagoland area (NW suburbs specifically), so I want to deploy some capital into to some investments over there.

I want to get to know some investor friendly agents who work with fix and flippers or have done similar deals themselves. My contact is not an agent so we will be using one for our transactions. If you're an agent that is interested in working with us please post your information below if you've worked with investors or done fix and flips yourself. If you have not, I would greatly appreciate any market information, but have no interest in working with someone who has 0 experience with investor clients.

Question for any Flippers looking at my post: what are the hot areas or positive outlook areas in the NW suburbs right now? Any insight is appreciated.

Thank you for any and all answers!

-Eric
