Delinquent Tax List -- Cook County
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to acquire a list of properties (addresses) that are delinquent with property tax?
After spending some considerable time searching through government websites, I haven't yet been able to crack the code. I'm fairly confident I'm not the first who has thought of using this list as a heat map for marketing purposes.
Appreciate any suggestions.
