Significant saving after switching to Allstate for 2-4 units in chicagoland

No, I don't work for Allstate haha but wanted to share that their pricing algorithms seem to be giving the lowest quotes on 2-4s in chicagoland area right now. One of my properties went down $1400 a year and another down $700 a year. One of my clients saved $800 a year and another client with a smaller 2 unit saved $400 a year. Lower insurance payment = more cashflow!

Note: I did have one client declined by them because they had two past home insurance claims in their history so it seems they are looking for low risk clients only.

I've seen a lot of Allstate rental properties with ACV or market value coverage rather than Replacement cost and other tricks to reduce coverage levels.  In most cases the clients/insured had no idea what they bought.  Make sure you know what you're buying.  All insurance is not created equal.
