North Austin - Forum Opinion Request

Hey Team,

I am looking for multifamily duplexes in the West Chicago market. I was curious if anyone had experience living in North Austin / Hermosa, above North Avenue. Clearly the further south you go from North Avenue, the opportunities change significantly.

Would love to learn more! Thank you for your time.

Cheers,

Emin

@Emin Okic I think everyone should get to know an area themselves for sure by driving there later in the evening, grabbing dinner in the area or taking a train to the city from a stop in the area. Forums like this are a good starting place, but nothing beats boots on the ground.
