Currently working with a realtor looking for a 2-3 flat in chicagoland area but also want to work with a wholesaler.

Any advice on how and where to find them ?

Hey @Byron Turcios!  Where are you looking for your property and what is your purchase criteria?

We have several sources for off-market deals.  Feel to reach out and I can share some contact info for some local Chicago wholesalers.  Just "trust, but verify", not all wholesalers understand the law.  Make sure your real estate broker works specifically with investors.
