Only question is
Are the off market deals im asking for from realtor expired listings?
and asking him for off market deals is that me excluding him from gaining commission?

3. I have found a great deal of luck on facebook, search for groups related to investing, off-market deals, and wholesaling in the areas you interested.

Currently working with a realtor looking for a 2-3 flat in chicagoland area but also want to work with a wholesaler.

Any advice on how and where to find them ?

Yes i could get your unit in order and install the service.

I cant tell you how much ComEd would charge but I’m pretty sure they can get that answer for you through the phone

Hi Mario

You can start with calling Comed .

Another expense to factor in is to get an electrician to install the service meter , so all comed has to do is feed it with their power lines . This can range from 2-6k 

Do all three unit have their own Electrical panel?

If not this can get really pricey.
