Local bank recommendation

Hello--we are two OOS investors completing our first deals in Boise (a fourplex and a triplex);  one should close this week, and the other before the end of the year.

We are currently going through a mortgage broker, and have not been very happy with our choice.  We are looking to build a relationship with a local lender to work with going forward (and perhaps for our deal to close by December). We are each bumping up against our four-loan threshold, so we need a portfolio lender.

Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Kelly
