Columbus multifamily wholesalers where are you? :)
Hi,
What's the best way to connect with multifamily wholesalers (6+ units). I keep reaching out to people on BP but get no replies. Any other way I can find people?
Thanks,
Ben

Wholesalers don't typically wholesale 6+ units. You should reach out to an investor-friendly agent that mainly works with investors and sources off-market deals of that size. Usually, deals 6+ units are just too big for wholesalers. Bigger pockets would be a good place to find those agents that specialize in that In area you are investing in.
