Hi,

What's the best way to connect with multifamily wholesalers (6+ units). I keep reaching out to people on BP but get no replies. Any other way I can find people?

Thanks,

Ben

How are you guys finding peoples' email addresses? Is there a website that allows you to pull that info?

Thank you.

Yeah - all with the same owner who was pitching a bundle deal.

Is there any legal recourse to make sure they review my offer since it arrived in time (although they already signed with the lower offer)? Don't they have to present all offers to the owner?

Property is in Chicago, in case that helps.

Thanks for the feedback. That's really helpful.

Hi All,

I made an offer through my agent and I lost to another bidder. It turns out the seller's agent didn't see the full offer and so missed the fact that it was multiple deals I was bidding on. The incorrect price may have been fed to the seller but definitely not the full offer I made.

I've lost the deal. Anything I can do at this stage?

Thanks

Hi. I'm just starting out (I own 1 duplex). Would it make sense to use Carrot as a way of finding deals? Let's say I wanted to close 1 deal every 6 months, would it pay to do it this way? Would it be an effective way of finding deals to buy and hold. Thanks.

@Erickson Sainval thanks. So is the property manager someone who can advise which repairs I should make?

Hi,

I just had my offer accepted on multifamily property (one side rented out, one needing some work). I'm an out-of-state first time invester so will need some guidance on the ground. What would be the next steps?

Is it best to have property managers check the house, give me a sense of what improvements they would make for my target rent? Or do they not really provide this service?

Should I instead just have a couple contractors walk the property and give me quotes on what they would do?
