Surveyor Recommendation Request

Does anyone know a surveyor they like? I need a boundary survey for a small lot in south Columbus, and the first quote came back at $1,000 and 3-4 weeks out.  Naturally, I was hoping to dedicate less money and FAR less time to this. Are my expectations unrealistic?

The last survey I had was around $750, and was 4 years ago, so doesn't sound that far off. I think there is a "less involved" survey that is for things like building a fence, etc - and are a bit cheaper. Best of luck!
