What areas should we Invest in Columbus
My partner and I are looking to start investing in Small Apartments (10-50 units) in the Columbus market. Primarily targeting B and C class properties with opportunities for value plays.
We're currently doing Market Research, and we're looking for local expertise of the market. We're trying to figure out where the path of progress is in the city, and what areas to stay away from.
Currently, we're zeroing in on the 43229 and 43231 zip codes as areas of opportunity. Are we on the right track? Anything we should be aware of in those areas? Any other areas we should be looking at?
