I'm looking for good Multifamily properties in the Oklahoma City MSA.  Primarily looking for B or C class properties in A - C+ areas.  Looking at properties between 5 - 40 units with some sort of value play.

Does anyone have any good brokers they can recommend who can help me locate deals with those type of properties?
