Columbus Short-Term Rental

Hello! I am an agent and investor in the Denver area. I am looking to invest out of state and do a short-term rental strategy. I am curious about the Columbus market and would love to hear more from other investors that are running a short-term rental. What's the market like there? What does the return look like? What areas/neighborhoods see the highest return?

@Kayla Govier

Columbus is a great growing market and the capital of Ohio. We have tons of new companies moving here, new sports venues being built, and a rapidly growing population. All make well for short term rentals. I manage over 100+ through TailwindSTR, but we only do A/B class studios or 1bds. I would recommend targeting the right A/B locations that people will actually enjoy their time staying at.
