Hey everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself! I'm an investor looking to house hack in 2020 in a market like Atlanta. Housing is 2/3 cheaper than LA and the $900k+ prices of MFs in LA are just too much for a millennial like myself. I am looking for 2-4plexes for buy and hold with the initial purchase being a house hack situation. Would love to connect with others and start building a network with those in the Atlanta area!

Thanks and look forward to hearing from you all.

Duplex and triplexs are much more common in certain areas of Atlanta than others. Do you know what area you are looking to move to?
