Brokerage Recommendations in Metro Atlanta
Hi, friends.
I am currently working on my prelicensure coursework in the Northern Atlanta area, and have began my research on local brokers. Do any of you in the area have a recommendation for a brokerage that will work with part time agents?
I have a full time marketing job in the veterinary pharma industry that I would prefer to keep while I get my feet wet in real estate.
Kind regards,
Lauren

@Lauren Snodgrass Congrats on starting your prelicense and good luck on the course and exam. I was in the same position not too long ago and I found the better way to look for a brokerage is to determine what your goals are as an agent. Are you primarily a investor agent, or buyer seller agent, or do you want to work with rentals etc., area does matter as well. So think about it and then just call up the local brokerages because every broker wants more agents part-time or full-time, so its better to know what you want and go from there.
Good luck.
