Summer Internship Opportunity

This Fall/Spring I am attending Auburn University. Originally from Peachtree City, I've been interested in learning about the Atlanta market. On the BP Podcast it is repeatedly said that to find a mentor you must be willing to give something back in return. I understand that most veteran investors have an abundance of experience and money, but not time. This is what I am willing to offer; more time. The most mundane activities have an opportunity cost. Wouldn't you rather be closing deals or getting your own coffee at Starbucks? Wouldn't you rather pass off the insignificant activities of your work day to someone else? I can be an Intern that helps you achieve more during your work day. All I want is to learn from somebody who is already in the game. Wholesaling, residential, ,flipping, commercial, whatever your niche, I would love to learn. Due to college, I won't start until May, but that provides plenty of time to work out the specifics of the role I would play. Thank you.
