Hi all... I am looking for realtors, wholesalers etc to provide leads for buy to hold opportunities in the in town Metro Atlanta location for a rental portfolio. I am looking for the following criteria:

1. Min 3 bed/2 bath

2. School Districts - Sarah Smith, Brandon, Jackson and Morningside 

3. Price - max. $450k.
