Looking for Wholesale advice/mentor

Hi all!! I am new to this site as well as to the world of real estate. My eventual goal is to flip houses, but to get my feet wet, I'd like to venture into wholesaling. I've done some research but would love some guidance. Does anyone have any advice or know of a mentor? Thanks so much! Christal

Check out the Wholesaling Inc podcast. Tom Kroll has a Wholesaling program that is really great. Also, check out REI Live, AREIA, and GAREIA. They all have Wholesaling focused seminars from time to time and are good places to find a mentor.
