Atlanta RE is getting Hot right now! I'm seeing an interesting mix of seasoned and brand new investors coming in from out of state, and local investor activity is picking up. What are you guys working on? Who's gearing up to ride the wave this year, and how can we help?! Also - I'd love to find more direct lenders to collaborate with, primarily on the Commercial/MultiFamily and Hard Money sides.
