who resides or deals in the East Point area? im always looking to meet follow investors and like minded people.

Can I ask what is so attractive about East Point? It has one of the highest crime rates in Georgia, the city owns the power company and charges renters really high deposits which hurts occupancy and the schools are not very good. With most of the surrounding areas not laboring under this burden why pick East Point over Atlanta, Hapeville and College Park(Fulton County)?
