Renting a room out in my townhouse in Atlanta

I’ve got a 3 story townhouse in Atlanta near 285 and looking to rent out one of the bedrooms for $850 a month. Let me know if one of you guys need a place to stay 3-12 months. It’s a very nice place. I also run the real estate meet up for Atlanta so you’ll end up networking with a lot of other like minded people in real estate.
