Looking for rentals in Hialeah

I’m new at this what should I be looking for ? What is the best financing options for rentals. I do own a home but only have like $3000 any help is welcomed.

@Julio Fernandezyou should meet with a local mortgage broker that will get you pre-aproved for an FHA loan, and then do some market research on a property you can buy that will have a higher rental income then your mortgage payment so the house pays itself off. I will say it's better if you owned a multifamily (duplex, triplex, so forth) that way you have less chances of losing your monthly income if something breaks or there's any major damages to the property.
