Out-of-State Beginner Investor looking to Fix & Flip

Hi, so I am looking to do my first buy, fix and flip project in Florida. Just got private money lender pre-approved me with $112,000 which includes buy and rehab. This means that I’m looking at some entry-level flips with not a big profit and then build my way up bigger profits and bigger properties. Any recommendations on how and/or where should I start? Any tips I should have in mind before I start investing?

any help is welcome, thanks!

Hi Carlos, way to take the plunge and get started out of state! As fix-and-flip deals have lots of moving parts, I would highly recommend you take on this deal with someone you trust who has experience in the field.

Is there a specific reason you are targeting Florida as your launching pad for your investment journey?
